The hotel is wonderfully located near San Marco Basilica and various water bus stops, making it convenient for exploring Venice. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with useful air conditioning for the hot weather. However, our room wasn't ready upon arrival, despite being past the check-in time.

The staff was incredibly helpful, even carrying my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs without me asking. They provided detailed information on accessing the room at late hours, which was very thoughtful and nice.
